Paint crack fix?!

Just wondering what's the best way to fix this cracking of the paint.
Should I just sand it back and respray the whole lot? Just that bit?
Advice?

It needs as you say, sanding back and repainting.

Depends on how fussy you are. You could sand it and rattle can it and get it close and looking
white again,or you could pull the bumper and comletely sand it and redo it properly. Then whats the rest of
the paint on the car like?

Some people are fussier than others.
