Painting my VH Soul Red. What would look best for engine bay and door jams

Look at it as why buy 2 different colours? Seems like a waste of money doesn't it....

Thats true. Im starting to think it may be easier going with a totally different colour. It would look amazing in the Soul Red but will be a pain rematching if I need any touch ups in the future

Thanks Peeps. Im starting to reconsider my options. As much as my VH would look amazing in this colour it might be a stuff around to priduce the exact colour throughout and hard to match in the future

Most colours are hard to match down the track, due to sunlight dulling it....So changing the colour you want because of this isn't going to change with a different colour

True. Very hard to decide. Will only get one shot at this. Need to be confident in what I pick

I think so as well. Ive had the old girl for years and plan on handing it down to my kids eventually. It'll be a real head turner once she's finished

I had heard Mazda had problems with the paint chipping. I don't know if they solved the problem.

Yes , I was reading about this the other day , owners are calling for mazda to recall the car world wide as that colour was prone to excessive stone chipping.

Really, Thats interesting. Im glad I put this thread up. Im having second thoughts. I currently have the red VH SLX stock interior. Probs get it rehopolstered later. What do you think might be a good colour to go with this.
