What you should have done is approach the officer and asked him if he intended to put a fine on the vehicle that was illegally parked and if not, why not?

You could always forward said pic to the police complaints department with time and date

Ny personal hate is for people with disabled stickers who arent disabled. For example yesterday toyota landercruiser ute with like a 4 inch lift and a manual in a disabled spot. If a disabled person can climb in and drive that is not disabled.

Just saying that not all disabled people who deserve stickers are unable to climb into said ute. I personally know a few who are only aloud to walk short distances due to things like some forms of cancer, blood clots, etc. Basically higher chance of them dying if they walk too far.

In saying that if they stole the disabled sticker from their Grandma or something, then they should get their arses kicked.

I think certain medical conditions allow for them , what they base them on I'm unsure on , apart from the obvious ones of course
