I'm not sure whether its the bluetooth technology or the kits themselves.

As I mentioned - I has a Sony Ericsson kit and went back to a hardwired kit. Will check out the new SE kit - but it may be that bluetooth car kits are just not reliable as yet

I'm in agreeance with you, i think bluetooth is still a bit unstable. I've now changed the phone settings and it's a little better. The phone now regognizes it as a headset??? and i've changed the phone profile to suit. The Parrot display and menu settings are pretty useless though so i'm just using it as a handsfree and audio mute. The Parrot's menu and phone book double up from my phone so you end up with 2 names and numbers etc. Can be deleted but as soon as you reconnect it reloads them???
