Passenger HID doesn't always turn on

Hey all,

I recently installed some HIDs into my ssv but the passenger side light does not always turn on.

I have swapped the bulbs and ballast over to verify if there's any issue.
I've also changed the ballast and bulb already and still having this issue.

I'm using the ballast from eBay below

Make sure all the connections and earths are good. Had the same thing in my Range Rover. If the ballast doesn't get good power it won't fire the globe.

I'm using the factory headlight ground so I didn't think it will be a grounding issue, I'll take another look into a different ground and see how we go.

I've used a new ground and is still doing the same thing
