ok guy's, i got me a digi cammera, and ive taken some pic's, problem is when i upload them onto the site the are bloody huge, how do i re-size them to a normal acceptable size?

MS Paint - Ctrl W- Reduce by 50% or 80% or whatever to make it smaller..
Save... As either JPG if it isn't already.. or normally..

Don't need this photoshop shinanigans..

Paint pixelates photos cause the resize is very rough in paint much nicer done in paintshop pro or photoshop

Photoeditor is another one that can do it but not as good as the others ;)


Or in XP if you are just going to print them straight form the PC then just right click on the photo (in windows explorer) and click print and then you get all these diffrent photo sizes and styles and great resizing.

I like Irfanview for little things like resizing and scanning. Its not photoshop, its not trying to be photoshop.

Nice and small, good image quality, freeware.

I agree with you about Irfanview. Great little program for viewing images and most videos.
