if you put the plenum on a bench but leave a bit of room under the bolts (so it is able to drop out) put the nut on the bolt so you dont destroy the thread. then just start giving it a tap. it might take a few taps (medium tap) but thats all i did and they came out.

Old post I know, and I am probably being a bit anal. As good as a polished plenum cover looks, has anybody ever stopped to think that a smooth surface does not dissipate heat as well as a rough surface?

Mace 25mm insulator fixes any such anal thought. Polished looks awesome, I'm not biased at all... bitch to keep shiny though, the smell of burning carnuba wax is worth it.

Already ready run the 25mm manifold insulator and the 12mm plenum spacer.
