G'day, I took my TB off to clean it and on re-installation I noticed the hose that had been originally connected to this (underneath the TB) port had come off at both ends and I can't find where the other end goes? Somebody said it connects the EGR but according to posts on this forum the VS V6 doesn't have an EGR. There is a sensor looking object that has two ports with short elbows attached to it along with an electrical plug which is located on the drivers side but lowish down near the engine, would that be a connecting port there? Also what is that sensor if it is one, I can find no mention of it anywhere?

canister purge valve is bolted at the rear of the engine and the hose runs to the lower port of the throttle body .
the other port goes to the charcol canister .
