power window stopped working.

this morning as i put the passenger window down to clean **** off the window, it just died, no sounds, no movement, just dead.

now i'm after a quick fix to get my window up, (apprentice wages) for until i get up money to spare for it!
so any suggestions are appreciated, cheers!

i got a 04 vy and my 1,s do the same i just turn the car off n on and its ok

Take the regulator out and jam a bit of wood in there! haha

okay, regulator seems to be riveted into place, how would i pop that ####er out?

Just drill the rivets out. It might be a bit tricky getting the reg out without being able to put it up or down, but you should be able to get it..

El, check out the how install power windows it has the pointers to get the window regs and the bolt sizes iirc its m8 and 20mm long

When putting mine back in I just used whatever rivets fitted, its not too big a deal..
