Just wondering the potential problems from this broken vacuum
Its from the neck of the fuel tank to charcoal cannister. It had rubbed right through on the diff as you can see

I'm just interested if the vacuum lines are in a circuit from the engine and this would make the car Los power and stall at very low speeds under load?

You should replace or repair that as a priority.

That is you vacuum leak,

Ok fab will replace tomorrow. I picked up a line today he only had a fuel line not vaccy but its a lot stronger on the outside and hopefully will stop chaffing and rubbing again.

While I'm there is there a way to clean out the charcoal cannister?
Shake it or wash it maybe?

Make the replacement hose shorter so it doesn't rub.

AFAIK do not clean or attempt to clean a charcoal canister.

There’s a massive hole in the hose. Worrying about the canister is the least of your problems.

Hearsay about possible problems, that may, or may not be a possible problem that currently has no evidence that there is a problem is not worth considering until there is an actual problem.
