Ive never heard of those measurements before, seems a little high to me, i thought the only restrictions were the height above the ground.

i thought it was simply - any car, any make, if the lowest point of the car is within 10cm then its too low. can be an muffler or anything.

I don’t know about other states but in S.A this is the hight. This is word for word from my defect paper

In vic you have to be able to fit a coke can under the car at any point.
Dunno what the measurement is but it's whatever the height of a coke can is.
