I honestly don't know why this makes news. Some junkie rolls the dice once too often. Tragic for her family etc but really it's a natural progression of a lifetime of selfish behaviour.

She made it into the 27 club. It's strange when you think about it. It's all musicians that died at the age of 27 from various reasons:
