Even when not using the brakes though? Sorry I probably should have said it's not just when braking, as an example.. Speed up to say 130km/h then just let the throttle off and let it glide down... It starts to shudder.

Wheel Alignment or Balance I used to get the same thing in my VW at 130KM/H but that was top speed.
And I was in the Northern Territory at the time.

Is there anywhere you can do over 110KM/H these days, apart from the strip?

Legally no, lol. But I went into a off-beaten (but smooth) road to try it. Didn't exceed 140 though, as the car still scares me lol. Still new to me.
But I needed to know what was happening and when.

Nah not too often at all really.
But there has been a bit of a knock when turning left on the first left corner of the day..
And Had a balance done and they said it wasn't out of balance. So nothing changed there.
I have a feeling it's going to come down to Rotors/Suspension.
