With the pcv im not sure what most turbo's guys do but i suggest blocking off in manifold and put 2 BIG breather in your rocker cover to a catch can

with the PCV, iv been assured that a clean PCV wont let boost thru. but iv welded mine up and will be venting out of each rocker cover into a catch can.

as for the sump, id reccommend putting loctite on the bolts, and definately sealant on both sides, and when you do them up, as has been said, tight, but not so tight it bends the pan, the dimples are there for a reason. mine squished out a little, but IMO, a small amount of squish is acceptable.

i wouldnt use goo but if you must only use a very light film or it all just squashes out the sides and blocks the oil pickup and detroys your engine LOL
and block the pcv right off it not only stops boost leaking straight into the crankcase but keeps oil out of the plenum and stops it mixing with your fuel/air mix and cause detonation
