Oil ain't going to fix the compression issue,
You don't get compression in cans.

Run penrite HPR 30 and see how you go.
Compression is probably a cylinder wall issue.

Or the rings are gunked up and don't move out from the piston.

This could be a possibility the motor was setup for a blow thru turbo setup but all the turbo gear was pulled before I bought it.

btw I know the oil wouldn't fix my compression issues.... I'm basically just planning on keeping it regoed until I can either afford a rebuild or replacement motor. It doesn't really blow any smoke out the tailpipe at all but pulling the spark plugs they are always oil fouled and it gets a bad idle most likely from a single plane manifold a large cam and compression issues on a few cylinders.

Could have burnt exhaust seats too.

Throw in some Nulon lifter free, it's good with carbon problems.

A diesel oil is worth a try too as they have more detergents which can help with built up carbon without just breaking **** free like you can get with engine oil flushes.

Could also try a poor man's tune up, a bottle of water. Rev the engine and poor slowly down the carb, don't let it stall out. It'll give it a bit of a steam bath.

What plugs do you run? I'd try one heat range warmer to help with plug fouling.

I run Valvoline XLD 20W50 mineral oil with my VC, both when it had the red 202 and now the blue 3.3
