Hi, this has probably been covered before but i don't have time to do a search(busy busy..)

I have just bought a white VT and the clear coat on the passenger door is half peeled off.

How do i nicely remove the rest of it? Doesnt have to look perfect but id like it to be less visible (stands out like dogs balls)

thanks in advance for any help

How capable are you with panel work and painting.
If you trying to do it without cost and have the time and are carefull enough. U can use a razor blade. to carefully scrape the clear layer off.
Or give it a cut and polish to diguise the removing clear edges.

How many white vts are there in australia? Pick up a decent door cheap as chips, if the trim doesnt match, just change it over, colour matching not much of a problem with white, all good.

Or respray.

I've seen them as cheap as $50 for a door mate, as above, just pick up a spare.
