They don't come with springs. Just rockers, pedestals, bolts and assembly lube. Pretty much just what you see in the picture plus lube.

Shouldn't need springs with the stock cam.

That really depends on how much the lift is altered by the different ratio.

Hey Braydenried,

The photo of the rockers is installed on one our performance cylinder heads. The springs on that head has GM LS6 springs. They don't come with springs, in your application given your running boost, I would recommend going the 1.9's
