Rotors from VE to Subaru Liberty gen 5

Bought myself a nice set of rotors for my 2006 VE omega...nice slotted dimpled etc....and some idiot rear ended me week later....have another car Subaru Liberty 2010 gen 5 . Is there any chance I can put those rotors onto Suby? Excuse me 4 being a noob. They look the same ...5 holes ,similar size. Wheels on VE were 20inch whereas on Subaru are only 17 inch.

Have a look at an online catalogue. I'd say unlikely and that the offset is probably wrong.
