Rough Idle at Start Up..new coil pack..vt commodore

Hi all..I got my wagon starting again but now it's a bit hard to start in the morning as it has a rough Idle.. goes ok on the road but what I noticed is 1 plug not spark/no change in Idle...Would this need I guess new leads as well now plus might as well get plugs...also is this an easy job to do with no special tools needed..it's a 1997 vt 3.8lt..thnx all
