Pretty much just took it all out, took the vents and switches out of it, so it was just the main platic parts to spray. The paint I used was Septone Wheel Silver (it isn't too bright, so when the sun hits it, it doesn't startle ya ).
I rubbed the whole thing down with 1200grit sandpaper and wiped it with prepsol. Gave it a prime with Septone primer.
Once that was done I set about applying dust coats of silver to the surface, nothing heavy, just fine coats untill I got the finish I was looking for.
Left it in the sun for about a day to really bake, then reassembled.
Hope this helps, PM me if you need anymore help with it, oh, and Phreddy got back to me too, great bloke !
That is probably the best walkthrough I have read. So simple yet that's exactly all it is. Great work mate. Looks great:thumbsup:
