I really struggle with Lambda to AFR conversions :( so I'll check an online calculator

For those following along...

.778 Lambda - ~11.4:1 AFR
.870 Lambda - ~ 12.8:1 AFR.

That is pig rich and I'd agree, it's dumping in way to much fuel most likely on AE.
im the other way round soon as i started i was going flex so Lambda is so much easier, stoich is always 1.0 no matter the fuel or ethanol mix and the rest is just a multiplier of it for enrichment

Yeah for flex it definitely is. Unfortunately I started of with petrol AFR's so my brain is kinda stuck there. I should start running dual data traces so I can see both numbers.

We don't get pump e85 here so it's a bit of a mute point for me. For e10 it's just as easy to stay on petrol AFR's.

On that run it also shows that the injectors duty cycle was above 100% .if the fuleling was right it could drop to around 90%.

That show us the stock VF2 SS fuel system is ok for up to E70 fuel.

That show us the stock VF2 SS fuel system is ok for up to E70 fuel.
I'm surprised by that because my stock l77 injectors are good for my car pumping 365rwkw on e85 (350 on 98)
And I am 99.9% sure VF1 and 2 use same fuel pump.

is series 2 vf the LS3 ? if so then the L77 with flex injectors will be bigger then the LS3 inj

Yes series 2 , injectors special edition. I would rather my car have a set on injectors instead of the spare tire

After some fight with a loom clip attached at the back of the head , bank 2 head is finally out.

Conbustion chamber on Cylinder 8 has lots of fresh oil on it . That is a bit concerning. Or it could be coolant that got there during removal.

check the valve stem seals or best to replace whilst ur fixing the heads up
