should i buy for wrecking

Mate of mine smashed up his vx calais afew weeks ago drivers side front guard both headlights and bent the bonnet, both air bag went off.
The rest seems straight
its a 2002 vx calais v6 auto with 145,000 k`s
What price should i offer for it if i was to just strip it down and sell afew things as im only after shocks springs and seats
