Go to any Holden or Aftermarket parts centre and tell them what car you have. They will then be able to tell you what plug you need.

From ngk catelog:
09/09 - 08/10 HOLDEN Commodore VE 3.6L SIDI, V-DOHC, 24V, 210kW HFV6
Spark PlugPart No.Plug Gap
Recommended PlugILTR6E111.1

Assuming I've picked the right one. There's a sticker under the bonnet on my vy with ac delco, denso and ngk spark plug part numbers. Failing that your manual should have it too

I did mine a couple of months ago. When I need it done again I will get the mechanic to do it. You will need a handy tool to remove rear bolt under plenum

Bet the mechanic charges accordingly though

Easily enough to do yourself if you have a 3/8 drive set would be the easiest way to get the plenum bolts out. also i would find out weather you need to replace your gasket because i know my car (07) has fibre gaskets but the later models have a metal reusable gasket.

I had to change my gasket bugger to get off aswell. Replacement gasket is better though. Easy enough job. I was nearly going to pay someone but gave it a shot myself. Same when the water pump went aswell. Better saving the money I guess.
