How hard is going to be to add new wires from the door speaker to the car? I have not done this before.

Its not too hard... you have to run it through the rubber booting between your door and the car. It makes it easier if you unclip the rubber booting from the car and the door, then push the speaker wire through it using a screwdriver or pen, as it is harder to di with your finger.
