Hi guys,

While I love playing in my SS the axle hop drives me nuts.

I searched the forum and there were many comments around suspension bush and shocker upgrades as possible solutions.

Do people have success stories in this area, and what did you do to achieve it?

Thanks in advance,

Darren

What size rims do you have? And what tyre pressure are you running?

Ive had cars that had bad axle tramp and simply changing the tyres cured it.

Thanks guys,

It is a Z series SS, on the standard wheels which are 245/19.

The hop occured with the original Bridgestone Potenza tyres (very good tyres), i have since put some elcheapo tyres on the rear (Achilles) and run them at top placard pressure.

I am keeping the good tyres for the front at the moment.

Those bush inserts should fix it. The voided rear bushes flex too much when you push it
