As far as performance cars go, holden have completely lost the plot, regardless of what the sales figures tell us. I've never owned a ford, but would easily choose either of the current range of I6T or V8SC fords over any of holden/hsv's current offerings.

Can you provide a list or link of the modifications for the 10 sec F6 you mentioned? I'm seriously thinking of buying a F6/G6ET/XR6T and would gladly spend 7k on top of that to have a 10 second car.

That price is for a Process West or Plazmaman setup made specific for the Ford. CNC machined body and bracket, pump, lines (nothing to cut with the fittings provided), check valve, wiring harness (nothing to cut). You could do it with an ebay setup if you wanted, horses for courses.

the BA falcon looks like turd imo and the FG looks even worse. I wouldn't even consider getting a late model commodore myself either for that matter.

I'm not "carist" by any means I just don't like the shape of most newer cars.

Really?. I agree BA-BF weren't much, but the FG in G6E was something that opened my eyes up to them.
