Hi was wondering if anyone can help me....

I have purchased a reco steering rack and tie rod ends..

I want to replace any bushes, seals ect while the rack is out.

What other parts would I need?

Are there 2 mounting bushes?

As far as my memory recalls, the rack just bolt onto the K frame no mounting bushes.

Hey I've recently changed the rack in my VZ hope you like dirty hands, it's just an unbolt and you'll obviously need an alignment cos your undoing the tie rods and hope you have someone else with ya to hold the rack while you bolt it trust me lol

I have a Sept 2004 build SV6 and the local steering guy said that the VZ had two steering boxes, and the early VZs were made from parts that were left over, presumably from the VY build line.
Said he could not exchange but had to rebuild it.
Hopefully you have the later more common box.

And don't forget the common variable or std too, speed variance like slow and fast or fast and hard, lol sounds sus by u got the idea some people forget to plug that wire in and once the rack is up its hard to plug the pricks in
