Anyone know if this white plug actually plugs into anything

yea thats the postive switch wire for the led. , and the green cable is negative/ ground

Only the Illuminated controls had that extra wire
if your putting a wheel with illuminated controls onto a wheel without your clock spool might not have that wire. My VZ didn't and I ended up having to change the clock spool to get the steering wheel controls to light up

My horn doesn't work and the back of my air bag pad only has the yellow wire for the air bag attached not like this one picture would this be why my horn isn't working?
