I don't have anything against holden, or ford for that matter, but I dunno... you compare a '93 skyline to a '93 VP and the difference in features etc is huge.
(I had both, so I'm allowed to compare)
Maybe I had a crap car, but the VT hasn't restored any faith that they're better build quality etc. Not saying the VT is **** either though, but I've had to spend so goddamn much to get it to where it is, and I haven't even started getting to the good stuff (ie. Engine build/trans build and more suspension work etc).

Ideally I'd love to keep my 5L, bomb it out... buy an import for turbo goodness and also have a Jap 1000cc bike... fk yeah!
