Dunno bout the VR but im guessin its screwd in the same as the VN, my VR came with aftermarket CD which made life easier to put my own in. Stock ones are a pain in the ass to remove, I think there was a screw holding it in from the back.

not sure on the badge though, i assume it was a special edition released for something in sydney in 94. commonwealth games or something maybe?

anyway about that badge, there was a special edition of (can't remember - limited numbers). yours is obviously one of them, i've only ever seen one. i don't see why you'd want to remove it...

was funny when i bought my car, i pulled the puppy dog eyes and the its got everything but a cd player line , and he threw it in for free.:yeah:
its a good one to like $400 worth pioneer lcd screen and everything.:thumbsup:
he even offered me toyota alloys with new tyres for
$600. does anyone have any pics of these alloys?

Got the xplod system in!! and dash out, stupid junk dash then all the wiring was backwards but its all good now!

hey guys,

i want to debadge my vz executive....

all badges gone apart from the alloytech ones :bow: - thats it! I will be getting Alloytech 190 badges once my powerchip tuning has been done :yeah:

so whats the best stuff to use to remove the badges and then the residue?

I want it looks schmick as for when my tint and custom plates go on!!

i found heating up the badge with a hair dryer and getting some fishing line and kinda sawing it off with that worked the best, took all of the gluey black stuff off and left a nice untainted finish.
