VS Acclaim
low carb beer is a rip, the beer itself may be low carb, but the primary thing with alcohol is that it is carbs

possibly a typo but for those playing at home alcohol isn't carbs, its metabolized quite differently - however, carbs are a byproduct of the fermentation process so all beer/wine will contain carbs...

Cheers and a good New Year to all

for mass gaining, slow or fast digestion protein, or a mix of both? (if so what ratio)

i know its a very open question for a lot of discussion and there are many factors but what are peoples personal opinions ?

Googling it will be your best idea. Basically just a pre workout energy/ workout fatigue blocker.

It's not about slow or fast release forays gain. That just changes the time you take it. Slow release in the morning fast release closer to your workout. If your all skin and bones you should consider a carb/protein blend. If your trying to lose weight go with a whey protein. Best idea though is to talk to your local supplement store. They know a lot about the products. And they test them all so they can tell you what's good

This isn't aimed at anyone.

But that video is a prime example of why people are unfit. Because they come up with useless excuses to hate/not go to gym. Ones such as the those gathered in the video

Whinging, ranting, bitching, complaining. Call it what you like.

But it's sentences like these that come out of the mouth of people who complain about being unfit/overweight, when asked why they don't go to gym.

Hey guys, just after a bit of advice, looking to lose about 15 kilos, started my health kick about a week ago, I work permanent night shift, I've been going for a 10km ride when I get home in the morning, and a half hour walk before work. I have 2 questions, when should I be eating, I'm under the impression eating before sleep is not good, and also should I alternate between the cardio I've been doing and the gym? I'm not really looking to bulk up as such. Cheers for any replys, you fellas seem to know what your doing.
