Yes, aware of that but relevant info while reading up on why I also have a code 19 again after replacing the TPS once already.
Thought people would like to know what an original replacement TPS is worth these days.
I am aware Bursons also sell them for less than $50

I did reset the codes and all was good for several days and now the orange light is on solid and the gear changes hold longer than usual as if you are in 'power mode'
Does appear the TPS may me cactus already....

Just also did the intake gaskets due to slight sludge around the radiator cap. That is all good now though..

Just a tip for members with Holden V8s. As well as making sure you don't lose the drive adapter, make sure you lubricate and replace the two washers on either side of the spring shown in the attached diagram when you replace your TPS.

I got quoted $180 for a VY v6 TPS 2 days ago from Holden. Really spins me out the price variations from dealers around the country. I also rang 3 dealers around Perth asking for a factory manual for car, 2 said no such thing available, 1 said its on a CD for $500. No wonder Holden are shutting down next year in Aus.
