I've read all the rules about posting threads in the classifieds section, but I can't find a 'Post a new thread' to kick things off... I PM'd one of the mods 3 weeks ago with this question, but haven't got an answer so I'm sorry to have to post this question here.

All the rules can be read in the Just Classifieds section, they are at the top and warnings everywhere to read them all before attempting to post.
