You will do your head in using that messy touch up pen on an area that size. If you haven't realised yourself by now your better off with the can but a 2pac one from here > Automotive Auto Touch UP Spray Paint CAN 2K Polyurethane TOP Coat CAR Truck Bike | eBay
No clear coat needed and will dry a high gloss which will match your cars paint. Those pens are a cloggy mess for anything but stone chips or small scratches.
Really nice car by the way, have been following for a while. Maybe put some type of padding on those bricks, that's a really tight squeeze
Yeh i know what ya mean.
Wouldve been better with a can but came up well nonetheless
I managed to thin it out, and apply, let it harden and sand flat.
Did that about 3 times
In post below, was clear coated and lightly sanded and then polished.
Havent done it properly yet, will do some other time with proper polishing compound and also machine polisher.
That spray though, thing is, my car paint is not as per complicance plate, perhaps.
Dont think its Phantom Black anymore so no point ordering spray paint unless i can find out what paint code.
Maybe go to a paint specialist and panel shop to get some paint made up.
Wanna do bumper sometime also with a respray. $350 apparently to do.
I might even get a second hand bumper and get them to work on that.
