**URGENT**Help with twin throttle setup..

Thanks guys for your help.I unscrewed the iac motor plunger and sealed it with some permatex and made up a twin linkage setup to join both throttle butterflies together and they work well insinc.Car is running and took it for a drive tonight and have noticed alittle loss of power in the lower rev range but does pick up once starting lat low rev range to mid.Have also noticed it is more responsive throttle wise.Will post some more pics of the linkage setup.cheers

you should rig them up so theyre gradual, i.e. the first one is fullly open at half throttle, and the second one is fully open at full throttle.

you can buy balljoints with rods and springs on them, we use them on the diesel buses at work

that way the second one wont move till the first one is open, and then half the length of the arm on the first throt so it opens twice as quick. easy
