Recently we were given the task of tuning this Holden VF SV6 LFX with the E39A engine management system.

Stock power on our dyno ran at a nice 161kw/215hp at the wheels.

We installed a VCM OTR (Over the radiator) Cold Air Intake before calibrating the ECU on our AWD dyno. Afterward, we achieved a result of 194kw/260hp at the wheels with huge gains in low to mid-range torque (where these motors need it most).

This entry-level package will get your V6 up to V8 engine territory with little expense outlaid.
  • VCM OTR and Dyno Tune package $1290
  • Optional exhaust system upgrades
  • Optional Stealth 4.0 Throttle Controller upgrade
  • Optional manifold runner porting and other upgrades are available.

2017 VF2 SV6
2 x VF2 SV6 Wagons the Dec 2022 car was tuned more with towing in mind as it hauls a 5.2mt alloy boat.
Current trip is our first long trip using the Eco 2 setting saw us get 788km from the 1st tank, 2nd tank on trip was 700km with a 100km range still left, approx. 3rd tank 780km giving roughly 8.3Lt per 100Km over the 2,268Km's travelled, all tanks had a mix of using urban & rural areas.
