That's possibly where I went wrong. I sprayed the lot and right near the end I got a wrinkle.

They are I. Two build threads. I’ll have to find them. There was also the Calais thread but you’ve seen that one.
Thanks heaps for the links... Haven't seen the Calais thread in a while so I'll have to have a look for that one...

Edit: I've only seen (and commented on) your goodbye thread on the Calais, not the actual build thread

VZ Crewman, VZ Cross 8, & ya mum.
It doesn’t matter about the Calais one. The whole job is exactly the same.

If I recall, I had issues getting the handles back on in the Calais, but I had made a thick headliner from scratch and had thick insulation in the roof cavity.

If you were to just do the headliner with regular replacement, it’s all fine.

I had my wife help me get the headliner out if I recall. Helps to have another pair of hands. I did have to have a few goes at getting it out. Tried a few ways.

Oh right okay... Won't be putting any thicker insulation or getting a very thick material so that shouldn't be an issue, just a regular replacement... Will definitely get somebody else to help if I was to attempt the job myself...

Thankyou for your help Fu Manchu, and thankyou to everybody who commented... Much appreciated :)

Bust out the stapler and go Rambo! Lol don’t.
But seriously, if you do it yourself, really take the time to clean the board properly and rid the residue which won’t cause a good bond with the new material

Were the grab handles deleted in series 2, or just the utes?

Not sure... Mine is a Series 1.5, meaning it has the series 1 aesthetics with the series 2 driveline...
