Try above the headlining at the back,
As I am assuming they need to be high to receive the Key Head Signal.

Inside the Headlining at back. in middle. . as Krusing said match same part number.. i got mine from wreckers and Krusing programmed mine. to my keys..

Nothing inside the headliner apart from the antenna socket.

Hmm, at a guess, behind the rear sound deadener on the back of the cabin ?
I would have thought it has to be away from other devices/modules to receive a clean signal from the TX.

Well i guess the only way to find out is to remove back panel/ deadener and i was hoping the RFA somewhere more pleasant than that!

That’s the only place away from other devices, and away from interference, and is open to receive the TX.
Because if it’s under dash, it would be shielded by the body frame/metal.

Hi guys just to let you know i have located the RFA module on the VE ute, in the middle behind the back panel/ sound deadner. Here is some photo's hopefully this
might help some1 in the future.

And luckily both RFA,s are the same part numbers now to reprogram the remote keys.
