You realize that's the stock bumper with longer fog light housings and the lower opening is bigger because they've cut out the piece behind the license plate. If you want one to look like this then go find a fiberglass one and get a shop to custom make it like the picture.

Could be done with either fiberglass or plastic, would be a big job to do either way and big dollars.
