I was told headers and highflow acturly take away power and fuel aconnermy because of the lake of back presure to the engine Soo anyone got an argument against that

Headers that are too big will detract a little from the power but a well designed v6 header will be an improvement. A catalytic converter is a restriction no matter which way you look at it - so higher flowing cats will only be a good thing.

Do a search mate. There's tons of info on v6 upgrades.

Is yours a sidi? If so, you'll be limited to what you can do - for now at least.

Nah it's not sidi
Is there more than just headers hi flow and cold air
Because when I give it some just feels like it wants to go so much faster and I'm only just getting the Eco tecs if not neck n neck
It's only done50k if that makes a difference

CAI, pacemaker headers (make sure u get them coated), mace spacers (forum sponsor), Cats and a CPR6 will give you abit more power. Then you can always supercharge and tune it. Get in contact with Mace (steve) on here about the spacers and tune.

plenty of threads already on this very topic... but long story short, any mods not done right will take away power- so exhaust shop is half right.
but purposely designed headers, mild cam work, new intake, purpose built exhaust, followed by a tune should see you get a bit more poke from the old v6 block.
just dont expect miracles.... no replacement for displacement.
