Sell your car.

Buy a car with a V8.

Cheaper and WAAAAAAAY less hassles to be had.

I have to agree with CSP on this one, save yourself the headache and buy a v8.

Why don't you just buy an SS or a Calais. At least you'll have some luxury options.

It just seems like a big out lay for just an Omega. But it's your car mate.

I'd sell your car and get a factory V8 - it'd probably cost you about the same to get an SS or Calais, and as VooDooWagon said you'll have a much nicer car, and without the massive head#### of doing the conversion and having your car off the road while you do it.

Another thing to consider is that even with the new drivetrain, at the end of the day your car will still be an Omega complete with a pov pack interior and no climate control, and as such it still won't have the resale value of the higher end models, and you'll never get back what you paid for the conversion.

Or make every post a non-standard colour.
