Vent foam seal

Hi guys,

I've finished with the paintwork on my VY S Ute and now I'm tidying up the interior. I've started
with the door cards as I'll be putting in new inserts soon. Anyway I took off the vent (see pic) and if
you notice the foam seal has pretty much perished. Does anyone know of a good fix to this?
I've looked into some foam rubber but nothing in that size. Has anyone else has this problem?

Cheers, I'll look into it Aaron. I've looked elsewhere but it's either too thick or too wide.
Pity Holden didn't spend a few dollars more on a better lasting seal. The stuff they used
just crumbles when you touch it. When I took that vent out in the pic, I had to be very
careful just to photograph it.

sometimes the cheap shops like cheap as chips have a roll of weather strip for $2, for interior doors etc.
i used this on my vx when I had it.

I found exactly the right size at Supercheap Auto & it fits a treat after cleaning up the vents. I looked online with them but nothing showed up so on the way to Bunnings I stopped off & bought the last roll there. Hopefully it'll last a while.
