Hi Mike, i have 20" HSV wheels and brand new Nitto Invo tyres on my VF SV6. above 70KM i feel vibration only in my accelerator pedal. Could be the tyres? do you have similar vibration?

Balance the tyres. I bet it's a wheel weight that's come loose.

I must also add that mine is a working ute so the 95min load rating is probaby not enough if you carry any sort of weight in the back and the thought of a tyre bursting at speed.

No won't be a tyre balance issue....If it was, the vibration would come through the steering wheel

Yeah thinking of checking the balancing and alignment.... no vibration in steering

So no vibration in the steering wheel, so why get a tyre balance? And a wheel alignment doesn't fix balance problems...It fixes tyre wear problems

This is a very grey area.
Same car body, same suspension etc, but here is the difference:
Standard commodore all models............100 load rated rear tyres
Standard commodore with 20" option.....95 load rated rear tyres
HSV 20" standard................................98 load rated rear tyres
So Holden can put whatever they want on the same cars, but it's illegal for you to do it yourself!
The other thing is that there is no one who makes a 100 load rated tyre in 20"
Holden can place what ever placard on a car they want? How is it any different to someone doing their own?
Are they saying you can put less weight in a car with 20" rims.
I'm with you.........very confusing.
Seems the only "legal" option is to buy your 20" rims from Holden.

The hsv 275 rear contis are rated 102, so it's only the fronts that are the issue really. I have heard there is a company doing them... Don't know how good they are though...
