VK dash into VH

I just went and pulled the dashboard out of my VK parts car, and was hoping to put the instrument cluster into my VH. I wanna change the cluster, cluster surround peice (the bit that goes over the top on the outside), and a few other small pieces around the place.

I haven't sussed out the back of my instrument cluster yet, but just wondering if anyone knows if the speedo, fuel, temp, cables from the VH will fit to the VK cluster?

I'm also gonna use all the surround peices around the cd player, cigarette lighter, a/c controls etc etc.....but I'm removing all the heater and a/c crap from behind the dash so the heaters or a/c won't be connected....I'll be making a custom front to go in there to house the cd player and a few gauges.

So yeah, just wondering if anyone knows if the VH and VK cluster are interchangable?

yer they will i have a vk calais dash in my 81 vh.
