vn calais manuals

how many ppl here have a FACTORY manual calais v6 though , as ive had one and no one belived me untill i showed them the tags which shut them up straight away....


i was looking for one when i bought my calais but to no avail , was told there were only 50 vn v8 MANUAL calais made

is this true?

i dont no about the 8's but my mate had a factory calais v6 manual, also had a group a kit on it, looked good and went good

Factory manual calais are rare as, my mate has a VR manual V6 calais worked off its nut, id love one, or just a manual version of mine, nice find if you have one

if ya get ya service manual , (from new ) and ur vin number tells ya in ya book (on page 9-6in the owners handbook)

I was wondering how many factory manual 5L calais were made as I just brought one and can't seem to find any info on how many were made

should be easy enough to tell make the tags plates in the engine bay, the car should say if its a calais, the 6th digit on the start of the Vin should say K, L or X, where it say MODEL No

K= Executive
L=Berlina
X=Calais

then look under TRANS on the same plate to check the option code
should read something like MD8 is Auto, and M78 is manual
