Vn clutch engauge issue

Ive got a vn v6 it a manual wagon,

I got in it today and started driving and when pressing in the clutch as it does a creaking noise still shifts fine and everything but it creaks bad any ideas

wheres it creaking from? the pedal box or the gearbox?
