vnv8 to vrv6 help pls

hi all i have a 1990 vn calais 304 v8 and a 94 vr v6 now i want to swap the two around now the qustion is how? ive been told the wireing is an prob? if so how also what else do i need to watch out for ect ect thanks guys.

Mate i think mostly your Break booster not sure if they are the same. Does the V6 have ABS? your power steering and air con pipes? Radiators are different too. Computers have to be changed over. Gear box may have to be changed or bell housings.

yea has a/c no abs what i need to kno is the wiring that plugs into the ecu is that the same or not if it is all i need to change is engine and loom that is under bonnet correct?or not :b:

Yeah i beleive the wiring is the same just a diffferent compyter.

I'm pretty sure you will have to change the whole lot - computer and wiring loom.

cos i not keen on vn commodores and love the vr shape its done 360000kms so is getting tired v8 is the only way to go lol
