Vp boot garnish

hey guys,
i have a white vp commdore, and i want to change the boot garnish to the same colour as my car... kind like this but white? i just have the standard red garnish...

whats the best way to go about it?

buy a vn one and paint it i think they paint would take better to the black plastic than clear, just my 2c

Light sand and prime and spray? You might find a lexan garnish there white on white cars..

id b just painting ur one up, VN garnish with VP tail lights dont match up

Hit it with plastic primer first so paint sticks

yeahh i though paint was the obvious option, just wasnt sure if painting over plastic comes out very well...

It can come out good if you rub it back then plastic prime and paint..
