A turbo is well over $5k. It's worth it if you want decent power and can afford it.

I have just installed a Harrop TruTrac LSD with 3.7 Gears and I don’t feel as much difference yet. Does it need time to wear in?

A TruTrac has just gears inside. There are no clutch packs within.
Think of it like a one ratio manual gearbox and gearboxes don't need anything other that the recommended oil.
It doesn't need to wear in.

What ration was the old diff?
What was the RPM @ 100kph with the old diff and the new diff?
