VS ECU SWAP

Hey everyone I know this topics been spoken about a lot but just can’t wrap my head around it. I have a VS Series 2 Ute iv just bought it was a auto but previous owner has swapped out n chucked a T5 in it yet still has the same auto ecu. She is running quite rich and stalling which is obviously the ecu I’m assuming.
Really I want to know what to do from here to get here back up and running smoothly.
I know I need to find a Man ecu but from there confused as **** about the memecals and splicing wires so it fits for a T5 Box. If you can spare time to help that would be hekticly appreciated!

Checked fault codes or any obvious issues?

Vss hooked up & working correctly???
^^ that can set off faults although does sound like yours might be in limp mode.

Can use auto ecu/pcm just need memcal tuned to suit...bit more involved than that BUT if done 'correctly' shouldn't have issues.
